Water was running low in the hoseline of the interior crew. The engineer gave the hoseline a tug to get a response from the interior firefighters. One crew entered through the front door to get water on the bravo side of the mobile home.

Once the flames were spotted behind the crews, a decision was made to exit the structure. As crews were exiting, they noticed indicators of a flash and collapse. As the last crew member exited the structure, the A/D living room flashed.
The first-in crew made entry with a 1 3/4" hoseline to conduct a primary search for two victims reported to be inside.
No response was heard from the first-in crew after the evac alarm was sounded. Two firefighters aired up, pulled a hoseline and made their way to D-side to search for the unresponsive firefighters. Other crews made efforts to extinguish the fire on B side and A side.
A victim was removed and cared for in the front yard. A crew remained inside with a hoseline to battle the fire. Meanwhile, fire conditions became extreme and prompted a crew to pick up a handline, re-enter the structure and battle the fire.
One crew remained in the basement to continue the search for the flame. The other crew exited the basement to prepare for a search on division I. When they got to division I, conditions worsened.
The two victims were discovered close to the front door. A few firefighters went in to recover them while other resources placed water on the fire. The fire was successfully extinguished.
Evacuation horns were sounded. Some firefighters made it out immediately, some had to jump from second floor to get out. An accountability report was conducted and the downed firefighters received medical care. Everyone made it out. The fire was beyond control of the available resources so exposures were protected and the fire was left to burn out.

Command was passed to the unit that arrived after first-in. A TIC was ordered and a 5" line was brought to the front of the structure. A vent crew was assigned to an incoming resource and a PPV fan was placed at the front door.
Crews attempt to reach the basement area from division 1 but the stairs are blocked by fire and extreme heat.
Dispatch sends out requests for more resources. Crews enter the structure and report interior conditions.
The Incident Commander hears the MAYDAY and sends crews with ladders to windows on division 2. Crews are able to aid the injured crew member down the ladder and egress through the window after he is safely lowered to the ground.
